At CSBP Fertilisers, we strive to create a sustainable environment that encourages better growth – for our people, growers and communities.

Agriculture has come a long way, over 120 years, and CSBP Fertilisers have been there every step of the way. As industry leaders in soil nutrition, we proactively invest in cutting-edge research, technology, and digital solutions to promote sustainable nutrient management practices, ensuring safer and more sustainable food production while supporting growers and local communities.

CSBP Fertilisers is proud to be a part of Wesfarmers Limited, one of Australia's largest publicly listed companies. CSBP employees look after each other to meet daily goals and look for ways to improve the business. You will receive structured training and support and be a key player in a business that continuously strives to better meet customer needs.
