The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in conducting GVM and suspension upgrades for various 4WD vehicles.
• Filling out technical documents pertaining to GVM upgrades.
• Skilled in fitting and installing various 4x4 accessories, such as bull bars, snorkels, roof racks, lights, drawers, and other after-market accessories.
• Experience and skill in performing wheel alignments.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations and repairs.
• Possess problem solving skills to find innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians and staff members.
• Adherence to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Experience and understanding of automotive electrical systems, including the installation of lights, air compressors, batteries, and other electrical components.
• Be open minded and willing to learn.

Candidates for this role must have a current driver’s licence and be able to drive automatic and manual transmissions. You must also be able to provide your own toolbox with basic hand tools. The salary on off is expected to fall in the $60k - $75k range (negotiable depending on previous experience) + super. Overtime opportunities are available. Staff members also enjoy trade discounts on parts and accessories.
