Opposite Lock 4x4 Dubbo are a local family owned Dubbo business that is well established in the automotive industry around the Central West. We supply a range of quality four wheel drive accessories for a huge range of vehicles.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Mechanic / 4wd Accessory Fitter to join our team in our Dubbo store. This position will require you to fit a range of accessories to 4wd vehicles

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience fitting 4x4 accessories
• Previous experience with auto electrical work
• Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
• Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
• Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Genuine interest in Automotive and the 4x4 industry
• Must have a valid and current manual drivers license
• Preference will be given to applicants with relevant trade qualifications.

What the roles entails:

Installation of 4WD accessories including (but not limited to) Bull Bars, Suspension upgrades, Dual Battery Systems, Driving Lights, Tow Bars, Uhf Radios, Cel-Fi phone systems.

• Restocking the workshop consumables when needed
• Working in a team environment
• Following correct procedures when carrying out fitment to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensuring the highest level of WHS is followed at all times
