The role:
Located at our Alice Springs Branch, the main responsibility of a Retail Salesperson is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories. A Retail Salesperson is responsible for addressing any customer queries about ARB’s products, whether this be from a customer in-store calling via phone or email.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone and via email from consumers automotive retail trade customers and automotive dealers.
- Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists’ customers.
- Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale.
- Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets.
- Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A passion for four-wheel drives.
- A very strong customer service ethic, ideally within a retail environment.
- Great follow-up skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business.
