What You'll Do:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Area Manager is a professional who provides administrative, training, and operational assistance to the Practice Leads within the organisation and is responsible for overall operational performance of these sites.
- Your Role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
Working closely with the other Area Manager and COO to ensure synergies across the whole business. - Provide team leadership and driving operational efficiency.
- Onboarding of new psychologists including associated paperwork and follow up. Serve as a Liaison between sites and accounts department regarding EAP/INSURANCE and NDIS queries and issues associated.
- Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of new administrative employees alongside the Practice Lead onsite.
- Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative staff (including Head Office staff), where Practice Leads are unable to do so.
- Provision of technical and logistical support for all Psychologists where Practice Leads are unable to assist. Serve as a resource person and assist in resolving operational issues and inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison between Practice Lead and the COO communicating areas of concern, analysis of data and improvement and site-specific needs.
- Planning and scheduling biannual Practice Lead training. Function as a central point of contact between different departments, teams, and individuals. Facilitate communication and information flow to ensure effective collaboration.
- Function as Work Health & Safety Officer, to ensure that all WHS/OHS policies are being adhered to, monthly site safety checklists are completed by the Practice Leads and function as the go to person in the case of WHS concerns or questions.
- Coordinate new site set ups with COO.
- Visit and work from each Practice North or South on a regular basis.
