About the Role: Ozzy Tyres is seeking individuals with a mechanical background and genuine industry interest, ready to make a career leap with the leaders in the wheel industry. As a 4x4 Accessories Fitter and Suspension Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing 4x4 lift kits and accessories
- Diagnosing and repairing steering and Suspension components
- Carrying out brake replacements/upgrades
- Installing Bull Bars
- Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment
What You Will Need: We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive, mechanical, suspension, accessories installation or similar industry
- Tyre fitting and wheel aligning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current manual driver’s license (Essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Honesty and integrity
- A cheerful "Can do" attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices
- Genuine interest in the industry
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
