Role OverviewThis role is responsible for coordinating all youth employment programs, including the Department's Interagency Graduate Program. This role contributes to the implementation of the Department's Diversity and Inclusion Plan and works towards achieving workforce planning outcomes for the department. Role ResponsibilitiesThe following outlines the key responsibilities and duties related to this position:Develops, coordinates, promotes and continually improves the Interagency Graduate Program, the Traineeship Program, and other youth employment initiatives.Engages and builds effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholderse in order to coordinate youth employment programs and initiatives.Leads, manages and evaluates the recruitment and selection campaign and the learning and development program for all youth employment programs.Oversees and coordinates the Interagency Graduate Program Steering Committee.Provides advice and coaches employees and managers on employment program requirements and the performance development of participants.Contributes to the implementation of the Department's Diversity and Inclusion Plan.Undertakes research and prepares policies, reports and publications into human resource strategies and initiatives.Contributes to…
