The role
We're looking for a Coordinator Graduate and Youth Initiatives to help us deliver youth diversity and inclusion outcomes in a faced paced and changing environment.
In this role you will:
- coordinate, deliver and continually improve our contemporary youth employment initiatives, including our award-winning Interagency Graduate Program, traineeship programs and work experience initiatives.
- use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the youth cohort, as well as supporting senior leaders to achieve their workforce planning outcomes.
We're looking for someone who has experience coordinating human resources projects and initiatives, who works well with people, has strong organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude.

While this process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
