Australian Electrical industries is a southeast based electrical contracting business who service large Retail, Healthcare, Education and Government clients including Correctional Facilities and Defence Sites throughout Victoria.

We are seeking an electrician who has a versatile skill set suited to a service and maintenance-based role.
A methodical approach to completing maintenance checklists, service reports, certificates of electrical safety, health and safety documentation and quality assurance forms is a critical part of the role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience in similar roles completing electrical maintenance and compliance works as well as have a strong background in problem solving and fault finding.
Example Work Order Tasks:
- RCD Testing
- Thermal Imaging
- MSB and Distribution board Inspection
- Internal, External and Carpark Lighting Inspections and Replacements
- Exit and Emergency Lighting Testing and Replacements
- Fault Finding and Adhoc repairs
- Minor Installations
- Assist on larger projects if required
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience as a qualified electrician
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Flexibility to be on call and work away from home when required (with full allowances)
- Ability to work autonomously or with others
- Strong knowledge of service work and technical background
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and standards
- Thorough understanding of AS/NZS :3000 2018
