Key responsibilities
Report directly to the owners of the business, you’ll be:
- managing a small team of 3-4 employees on commercial fitout and construction fit out jobs with minimal supervision
- compliance testing (E&E testing, tagging and so on)
- exposed to multiple areas of electrical work such as security, access control, dry fire, in grounds, data and communications, fiber optics, intelligent lighting control e.g. Dynalite/KNX and exterior and car park lighting
- working with management to ensure projects run to schedule
- Ensue OHS requirements are met
- In ground electrical conduit experience
- 5 years min post apprenticeship work
A bit about you:
- Electrical Trade Certificate and current electrical license for VIC
- Experience working off plans, be able to interpret drawings/schematics
- Current driver's license
- Ability to pass a police and working with children's check
- Current construction industry WHITE card
- Commitment to working in accordance with WHS obligations
- Being a team player is a must
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
