Kingston Human Capital has been engaged by one of Queensland’s leading Government Departments to assist in sourcing an A03 and A04 Fleet Officers to join their team.
As the Fleet Officer, you will
- Manage/assist a fleet of more than 150 vehicles, including replacement vehicles, registration, servicing, repairs, and insurance claims.
- Accurately perform tasks in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures to support the generation of valid data and compliance with relevant quality standards.
- Export reports and data from relevant systems. Collate and order the exported data to be escalated to management for decision-making and/or reporting purposes.
- Monitor and edit data for accuracy and highlight data issues when required to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Use effective problem-solving to resolve issues in situations where procedures may not be entirely defined for both internal and external stakeholders
- Update, monitor and produce reports for all computer replacements and setup ensuring that all replacements are completed on time
- Need to be proficient in Word and Excel and hold a Class C drivers’ licence
- Generous hourly rate

- Contract to take you until June 2025
