We are proud to currently be partnering with a State Government client in helping them recruit for multiple A03 Business Support Officers.
Your new position
As an A03 Business Support Officer, your duties will include:
- Provide administrative functions and support including records management and filing activities, guest retrieval, HR support, travel organisation, meeting setup and procurement of general office supplies.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff, including systems access and the allocation of software and hardware.
- Undertake financial processing duties such as corporate card reconciliation and invoice processing.
- Undertake a range of project activities and relieving duties, where required.
- Process and distribute incoming correspondence, including monitoring the admin mailbox.
- Actively engage as a team member, including participating in meetings, seeking innovative solutions and performing ad-hoc duties as requested.
To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following to be successful:
- Local, state or federal government experience highly desirable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make insightful decisions
- Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities.
- $44.49 per hour plus super
- Brisbane CBD location
