An exciting opportunity is now available for a Chef De Partie and Cooks at the Tower & Albion Hotels in Kalgoorlie and also our 3 venues we operate in Perth
Reporting directly to the hotels Head Chefs, these hands-on roles are responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotels kitchens that services the restaurants, bars & functions and events hosted.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment,
- Liaising with the head chef regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations,
- Ability to cook a broad range of food items,
- A formal qualification in commercial cookery and experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen,
- A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures,
- Highly effective verbal communication skills,
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- at least 3 years work experience in a similar position and environment
