Your new role

To undertake project work, and provide senior administrative and operational support. You will provide effective and efficient administration services across the division. You will undertake and support a range of functions, including records management, executive support, copy editing, coordination of briefing and meeting documentation, and other administrative duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
• Attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
