What you'll do:
- Lead and contribute to project teams and coordinate project team work
- Provide high level policy advice on current strategic issues, programs and legislation
- Contribute to program and policy research, review, analysis and development activities
- Manage capital assistance programs, including budget monitoring and accountability matters
- Administer funding programs for community organisations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key clients, contacts and organisations within the education sector
What you bring:
- Recent public sector experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven experience in providing high-level policy advice
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Experience in managing capital assistance programs
- Ability to administer funding programs for community organisations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
