You will be a seasoned professional with a passion for fostering safe and healthy work environments?We're seeking a Principal Advisor to lead our Safety, Wellbeing, and Injury Management (SWIM) initiatives. As the driving force behind the department's strategic direction, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping policies and Programs that promote psychological health and safety, provide coaching and support services, and offer expert guidance to the executive team.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SWIM strategies to enhance business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide our Senior Advisor SWIM for effective program delivery.
• Provide expert consultancy to senior management on safety and wellbeing strategies.
• Design training and awareness programs to cultivate a culture of safety.
• Evaluate SWIM services to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to address safety-related issues.
• Foster client relationships to promote quality safety management practices.
• Prepare reports and briefs on safety and wellbeing matters.
