Form of work Marsden Therapy is looking for behaviour therapists to join our passionate multi-disciplinary team!
Daily tasks:
Provide support and 1:1 behaviour therapy to learners aged 2-10
Input data during behaviour therapy sessions into ABA data portal
Implement intervention plans which have been individualised to each learner
Create a fun and play-based therapy session to build rapport and comfort with our client
Communicate progress with client families at the end of the sessions
Collaborate with our team of behaviour therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists to form goals and support our clients
Liase with senior therapists and Program Supervisor with any concerns or questions you may require support with
Skills and Essential Criteria:
Working With Childrens Check
Current NSW Drivers Licence
PR/ Citizenship/Working right visa
Minimum 1 year experience in ABA and /or behaviour therapy services
Must be willing to work till 6pm a minimum of 2 days a week
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including teams, word and outlook
