About the FacilityBarwon South West Aged Care Assessment Service (BSW ACAS) provides comprehensive assessments to older persons in the Barwon South Western Region to assist them to identify their care and needs and gain access to appropriate care. These include approvals for Commonwealth Government subsidised care. This is a multidisciplinary service.
About the RoleAre you looking for a rewarding career that will make a difference to the aging population? As an Assessment Clinician your role will be to conduct a Comprehensive Assessment to assist the consumer with choice of appropriate service and information to meet their needs and preferences.
