We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accessory Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including those listed below. Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications. This position offers dependable hours and no weekend work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities include:

• Accessory Fitting: Facilitate in the fitting process, handling mechanical tasks and electrical fit-outs in expedition builds.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of our products through in-house accessory fitting.
• Installation Expertise: Build and fit trays, canopies, and 12V systems using the Teralume XGO Collection.
• Collaboration: Work with other fitment locations to maintain Teralume standards through training and technical support questions.
• Process Improvement: Innovate and join us in refining processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service during customer engagement, ensuring clients receive the renowned ‘Teralume’ experience.
• Technical Interpretation: Interpret technical specifications and installation instructions, conducting pre-installation inspections to ensure accurate fitting and identify potential issues.
• Electrical Work: Perform wiring and electrical connections for accessories, including testing for proper functionality.
• Efficiency: Execute builds and accessory fits within allocated timeframes, providing clear communication on strategies to enhance schedules or processes.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute insights for refining processes and systems, fostering continual improvement.
• Inventory Management: Manage workshop consumables, ensuring efficient coordination of procurement and usage.
