Loadshift is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to join the operations team in our harbourside Sydney CBD office. Owned by Freelancer, Loadshift is a technology company that uses software to connect freight owners with transport operators at a global scale.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
What You'll Do
- Nurture and develop strong and effective relationships with clients and internal departments
- Determine carrier to book based on rate, availability, and on-time performance
- Responsible for organising daily transport movements and rescheduling shipments if needed
- Timely escalation of delivery issues or potential errors
- A self-starter nature - you can work both independently and in a team and are constantly seeking new challenges
- Target driven
- Ability to multi-task and knack for solving problems in new and creative ways
- Excellent communication skills, being able to express complex ideas simply and concisely
- An innovative mindset focused on doing things better, faster, more efficiently
- Passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners
- 1+ years Experience in a customer-facing Logistics/Transport role
