Role: Account Coordinator
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $70,000 p.a + Super
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
About You: We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:
Exceptional Service Delivery Skills: Ability to provide outstanding service to a broad range of Clients across various industries
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing job briefs and identifying variances in templates and data
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Outlook and being able to manage a high volume of incoming emails
Process-Driven Multi-Tasker: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks whilst ensuring you are reprioritising to meet date driven deadlines
Articulate Communicator: Ability to articulately communicate requirements to Clients whilst also ensuring transparent communication with you internal stakeholders and Leader
Team Player: Any capacity to pick up additional workload is welcomed to ensure the Team remains supported and a "we" approach to all that you do
About the Role: As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by:
Deadline Driven: Delivering on Client's needs ensuring deadlines are met and any roadblocks are communicated to internal and external stakeholders
System Navigation: Efficiently utilizing various internal systems and communication portals
Client-Specific Processes: Ensuring processes are adhered to in line with compliance obligations whilst taking into consideration individual Client needs
Reporting and Data Entry: Ability to reconcile efficiently raising awareness to any issues/concerns
