Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Halls Creek. The successful candidate will be responsible holding accountability for integrated case management practices to job seekers across a defined region, whilst increasing the placement and retention of job seekers in sustainable careers as well as leading a large team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of case managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes professional growth and high-quality of service.
- Manage office caseload of clients, ensuring each case is appropriately assessed, planned, monitored, and evaluated based on established guidelines, protocols, and services available.
- Coordinate Client Services maintenance and organisation of records of caseloads, documentation processing and service delivery standards.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with community, councils, local Indigenous organisations, peak bodies, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, government departments and other key stakeholders.
- Develop risk strategies to identify and address support needs for both employers and job seekers.
- Strong understanding of the regional employment needs.
- Work proactively with key internal and external stakeholders to assist job seekers to enter the workforce.
Mandatory Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to actively engage with diverse communities, understanding their unique needs, and developing culturally sensitive strategies to empower individuals and enhance community well-being.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with local organisations, government agencies, non-profits, and other stakeholders to leverage resources, and create synergies for community development.
- Experience in setting performance standards, conducting regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and addressing performance issues to ensure the team’s continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to client empowerment, active listening, and a client-focused mindset to ensure that services are tailored to meeting unique need and goals of jobseekers.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information, actively engagement with clients, and maintain open channels of communication through the case management process.
- Demonstrated experience in strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations, weigh alternatives, and make well-informed choices that benefit clients.
- Ability to adapt to evolving program goals, emerging challenges, and changing community dynamics while maintain a focus of positive client outcomes and team culture.
Desired Qualifications:
- Qualification in Leadership and Management or a related field.
- Relevant qualification in case management or related field.
Other Requirements:
- A current C Class motor vehicle license.
- Ability to engage in regular travel (by road and air) inclusive of short stays away from home.
- National Police Certificate
