Immersive Technologies have partnered with one of the world’s leading iron ore miners to create a new fly in/fly out position based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. This role is ideal for an experienced applicant with a keen interest in continuous improvement and innovation, taking mobile equipment operators on a journey to improve safety, production & maintenance outcomes.
As part of the Immersive Technologies team, you will be supported by our regional team of technical and training specialists who you will work with to develop, implement and maintain a structured training pathway to deliver verified in-field outcomes. Utilizing our industry leading mining equipment simulators will be a key part of being able to deliver on these outcomes efficiently, demonstrating the effectiveness of off-iron training.
This role is a fly-in fly out roster and requires the flexibility to travel and reside at the customer provided accommodation. Your proven ability to develop experienced mobile equipment operators along their learning curve safely and sustainably is a must.
