You have a lot of the following
- We're looking for 3-7 years of Account Management experience in an agency environment
- A genuine desire and ability to develop authentic client relationships across a broad range of industries, you will be accountable for your clients success
- A proactive approach to client management, with a positive, solution focused approach to problem solving
- The ability to drive a client engagement forward, with complete understanding of the clients strategy and our progress towards the agreed objectives
- A sound commercial understanding that is applied to client engagements to ensure there is a fair value exchange at all times
- Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering a positive client experience
- Confidence to have the difficult conversations when required and a level of transparency that builds trust with key stakeholders
- Ability to motivate and drive a team, individual or project and ensure it is delivered on-brief, on-time and in-scope
