Account Director

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Account Director to manage and grow key client relationships.

You have a lot of the following

• We're looking for 3-7 years of Account Management experience in an agency environment 
• A genuine desire and ability to develop authentic client relationships across a broad range of industries, you will be accountable for your clients success
• A proactive approach to client management, with a positive, solution focused approach to problem solving  
• The ability to drive a client engagement forward, with complete understanding of the clients strategy and our progress towards the agreed objectives
• A sound commercial understanding that is applied to client engagements to ensure there is a fair value exchange at all times  
• Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering a positive client experience
• Confidence to have the difficult conversations when required and a level of transparency that builds trust with key stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and drive a team, individual or project and ensure it is delivered on-brief, on-time and in-scope
