A great opportunity for an experienced Project Director and Reporting to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.About the role:
- Leading teams managing operational or technical PACE issues.
- Part of the Senior Leadership team for the project – attending and chairing meetings
- Managing defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to agree outcomes for prioritisation.
- Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process.
- Data analysis to identify themes and issues for prioritisation.
- Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes.
- Analysis of agency data
- Building team capability with accessing, exchanging and managing data from internal sources and enhancing the reporting process.
- You will have strong written communication skills.
- You will have strong project management skills to support release prioritization work.
- You will have deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools.
- You will have evidenced ability to lead projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- You will have stakeholder engagement experience -internal and external
- You will have experience in the use of Jira and Confluence.
- You will have strong leadership, strategic organisation, influence and negotiation skills
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Geelong, Richmond, Newcastle, Surry Hills, Brisbane, and Adelaide locations + hybrid working from home options.
