The Opportunity:
As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and solutions in the market research industry. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you can expand your horizons both technically and professionally.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with ANZ VP and Director of Clients to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key existing clients to increase customer 'stickiness' and increase share of wallet
- Maintain an ongoing robust RFQ / RFP pipeline and focus on improving conversion
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities where possible
- Conduct relevant product and feature demonstrations and presentations to new contacts and prospects within client base
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. (Be PSX not one size fits all)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in the Market Research industry (specifically for a fieldwork provider)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of market research industry trends and best practices is essential
