Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our booming Engineering division. StreamTalent Engineering is one of the most respected recruitment agencies throughout Australia. This is a desk with over 50+ active clients. 

• Consult, advise and manage relationships with tier 1, 2 & 3 engineering clients
• Present recruitment marketing & talent acquisition solutions, giving you a huge point of difference in the industry
• Engage candidates using recruitment marketing techniques
• Be trained and mentored by one of Australia’s most respected construction recruiters
• Train in personal branding methodologies to become the go-to person in your industry
    

  
Your Experience

We are looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants to join our industry-leading Engineering division.  

• Experience in a 360-recruitment role for an agency
• Proactive nature
• Willing to learn & develop
• Leadership qualities 
• Can think outside the box

The Opportunity  

There is an opportunity here to earn big money. Someone with around 2 years+ could expect to make anywhere between $200-$450K+ in salary. 
You will have the opportunity to upskill yourself in employer branding and recruitment marketing as we deliver a truly unique service.
