Here’s an opportunity to join an agency with an international network that is definitely on the up. Based in Melbourne, you have some really solid retail experience to bring to the party as well as a good understanding of the whole production process. You will be it! The lead contact between the client and the agency. At this level it goes without saying that your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a large piece of business, and then some.
Working across digital and non digital solutions, with a team of passionate people all on a mission to achieve greatness, you’ll lead the account service team from strategy development to delivery. At the same time you’ll be keeping a lookout for opportunities to further grow and develop the business with and for the client and agency. As the Account Director, you’ll ensure that solutions provided are not only on strategy but of a very high creative standard as well. You’ll be working with a channel agnostic team who have high expectations and ambitions to achieve.
Your 8 years or more solid agency experience will have given you an eagle eye for detail and have made you highly organised. With exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you’re a confident decision maker who is up to date with industry trends. Creatively motivated, you have a genuine understanding of what makes great creative. You’re a people person with empathy, an open mind and an open door; clients and your team respect you and love the experience of working together. You will know how to bring out the best in your team.
