As an Account Executive, you'll be working with our Account Director and Customer Success team to share the vision of Sourcr with new recruitment agencies and educating them on the benefits for their agency and onboard them to our platform. The role is predominately phone-based with small number of face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sharing the Sourcr platform to recruitment agency leaders on live demos
- Managing the onboarding process for small accounts and working with customer success to manage larger accounts
- Working with the SEEK sales team to leverage their relationships with recruitment agencies to generate warm referrals
- Creating live webinars and on demand content to acquire customers at scale
- Building relationships with industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B sales and/or a recruitment agency role, OR
- Experience in a software company in a customer facing role
- Track record of generating new revenue by converting cold and warm leads
- You're highly organised and high energy - you'll be working with many accounts and need to be able to prioritise effectively
- You thrive in a fast moving and unstructured environment - you show initiative and don't need someone to tell you what to do
- You are humble and helpful - you're an empathetic person who builds long lasting relationships; people like being around you.
