HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. Currently, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive to join a national brokerage located in the heart of Melbourne.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a minimum of two years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or claims, managing a diverse range of commercial risks. It provides an excellent platform for overseeing your own client portfolio and ensuring smooth operations

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary: Up to $90,000 package
- Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and administration.
- Reviewing and managing policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues.
- Working closely with underwriters, and claims adjusters, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering.
- Engage in training and mentorship sessions to enhance technical expertise.
- Have obtained the tier 1 insurance qualification.
- Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role in the team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
- A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
