Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and lead our frontline sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, coupled with expertise in sports performance or physiotherapy.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, sports organisations, professional teams, and physiotherapists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including coaches, athletic directors, physiotherapists, and decision-makers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase VueMotion's solutions and value proposition.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales or Customer Success/Account Management, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sports performance or physiotherapy industry, with experience working directly with athletes, coaches, or healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
