Job Title
Account Executive - Channel Sales (Sage Intacct) Job Description
We're on the hunt for a hunter—motivated not just by securing new business, but also by the value of building and nurturing relationships. If you are a Sales Account Executive with expertise in selling ERP/Accounting Software solutions, we invite you to explore this opportunity to join Sage Australia's growing Sage Intacct team.

Scaling Sage Intacct globally is our #1 strategic priority at Sage. As our Channel SalesAccount Executive, you'll have a front-row seat to influence our continued success by selling a product with a high conversion rate, which is a step ahead in the industry, incorporating generative AI, and machine learning (i.e. Sage Co-Pilot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaXRflh0Nz4). Sage Intacct has a tangible, real-world impact, making life easier for our customers (SMBs) and helping their businesses to succeed. We're proud of what our teams continue to accomplish, so we offer a competitive compensation package and don't cap accelerators.

The Role - Your Mission
In collaboration with (4) designated Sage Partners, you’ll nurture an effective partnership to co-sell Sage Intacct in the Australian market driving new customer acquisition and directly impacting our growth and expansion.
• Co-Selling with Partners: Actively work with our partners to identify and secure new opportunities, presenting Sage Intacct’s solutions to potential new customers together.
• Lead Management: Leaning into the leads given to you and being savvy to find opportunities for generating your own, you'll oversee a mix of leads, the majority coming from Sage Intacct’s marketing campaigns, others from partner efforts, complemented by your networking to uncover additional prospects.
• Strategy and Execution: With our partners, you'll craft and execute sales strategies that aim to meet and exceed our sales goals, adapting to challenges and opportunities as they arise – ensuring your partners are informed - and fostering a productive relationship that benefits both sides.
• Market Awareness: Keeping an eye on industry trends and competitor movements will be key to staying a step ahead and guiding our strategy

Why join Sage? What's in it for you?
In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, your role goes beyond just selling or being another cog in the machine; you become a pivotal part of a strong team of 55 at the Sage Australia office, driving real change with every deal you close. We are small enough to be agile and can directly shape the direction of the solution, allowing you to make a real impact and have your voice heard. Sage Australia brings together the best of both worlds: the stability and resources of a large, global, established company with the nimbleness, autonomy, and quick decision-making of a startup environment, without the cumbersome roadblocks that can slow you down.

You'll get to put your skills to the test, selling a product consistently voted #1 in customer satisfaction for 10 consecutive years. Network and grow with globally diverse, customer-centric sales teams committed to being innovative, bold, and effective. As we continue to expand internationally, you’ll be making impactful contributions while on the road to career growth opportunities. Enjoy a working environment that embodies our values (Human, Trust, Bold, Simplify), supports work-life balance, and prioritizes giving back to our communities through our Sage Foundation (5 paid volunteer days yearly)

Location: Hybrid; 2 days of in-office collaboration from our Sydney, Australia office.

Minimum Qualifications:
