About the Role
Deliver face to face training and develop content to build employee skills to support and promote Bayside Council's culture, leadership and engagement strategies, and to promote a modern, dynamic and learning focused organisation.
You can also expect to:
- Create and deliver face to face bespoke training programs.
- Coordinate and manage the training logistics and implementation of the annual training schedule.
- Evaluate blended learning solutions and competency based training programs.
About You
We are looking for a someone who:
- Is an experienced trainer looking to be part of a team that inspires and motives our workforce.
- Has experience face to face delivery and content development.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and people focused environment.
- Is a self-motivated and autonomous, with excellent attention to detail, and sound experience in learning management systems.
- Is able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service outcomes for Council.
- Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Has a current NSW drivers licence.
