We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer success and account management to join our team.
Reporting to the geography head, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, understand client needs and provide customized solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in key account management.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Nurture a portfolio of prominent clients and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tenders and quotes, manage contract renewals, and negotiations with key clients.
- Accountability to operational performance, both internal and external. This will include financial performance, understanding of key drivers and proven experience in driving a high performance culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Development and ownership of continuous improvement plans and lead change management to both internal and client driven processes.
We want to work with you if you can demonstrate that you have a natural affinity or direct experience with customer engagement, an awareness of Contact Centre, BPO, Technology or Consulting, and a successful and proven track record in client engagement & management.
This position would suit someone with proven experience in an account management role with Contact Centres.
