The opportunity
You'll build and nurture relationships, drive sales growth, and be a driving force behind our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As well as:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base, driving revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
About you
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Account Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the foams sector. As well as:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to analyse client data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
