About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a high demanding portfolio of client contracts and play a key role within a very dynamic team environment. You will be the key interface with clients, responsible for the management, guidance, and operational direction of the contract/s, ensuring that best practice contract management is implemented, stakeholder engagement fully undertaken, and projects delivered within expected and agreed contractual terms.

You will need to be a proactive, well organised individual capable of managing competing demands to ensure positive job and project outcomes are achieved. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client requirements from initiation to job/project close out and everything in-between. You will need to exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong understanding that collaboration, open and honest communication and exceptional planning are key to delivering client satisfaction on time and within budget.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects at various stages at any one time for a portfolio of clients
  • Liaising directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, resource requirements and risk identification
  • Provide clear and focused leadership to Operations teams for execution of projects within agreed timeframes
  • Tracking progress of projects against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines
  • Working with the Finance and Business Development teams in relation to financials and tendering
  • Identifying continuous improvement strategies and technology
  • Work in a dynamic team environment to ensure all stakeholders are across delivery requirements
  • Liaise with Operations team to ensure execution is achievable and on time

About You

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Min 2+ years’ experience in account management or similar, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience in client management or similar, including preparing budgets and quotes, strong track record of customer focus and delivery as well as multitasked approach handling many clients with differing demands
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills including time management
  • Experienced communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven high level customer service skills in regard to both internal and external stakeholders
