Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive/ Account Manager for a family-run insurance brokerage part of a large network based in Hurstville. This is your opportunity to join a business that prides itself on being an enjoyable place to continue your broking career in a collaborative team.
  
 The Role:
 We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to manage an SME portfolio of their own and support the branch manager on the largest book in the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to manage their own smaller portfolio but have exposure to working on larger accounts and caretaking them on occasion.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
  

• Manage your own SME portfolio and support on a $750k portfolio of the business’ biggest client
• Uncapped commission once you bill 105% of last year's book value
• Focus on client relationships and trust-building.
• Work directly with an industry leader who is focused on mentorship
• Handle renewals within Motor Trades, Motor Dealers, Logistics, Property Owners, and other varied client types
• Collaborate with a dedicated claims team for comprehensive client support.

Ideal Candidate:
  

• Proven General Insurance experience
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing a portfolio
• Eager to grow and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
