AddressTalenza has been engaged to source a Technical Senior Project Manager for a Financial Crime Program
Location: Sydney
Day rate: $1100 + super
Length of contract: 12 months + extension
Required experience:
- 10+ years of experience working with Project Management Methodology with a track record of delivery on past projects (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience with successful project delivery using an Agile approach (mandatory).
- Banking and Finance Industry experience (mandatory)
- Recent Financial Crime program exposure; end-to-end (mandatory)
- Fenergo, NetReveal or similar experience highly advantageous
- Prior iteration manager experience highly advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology, processes and tools
- Effective planning, co-ordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at senior management level;
- Ability to facilitate and resolve gaps/conflicts between the client, business and technical areas
- Strong Technical background, and the ability to be hands on at the right levels
- Excellent presentation skills to technical and business audiences
- Commercial awareness to guide development of sound business and technical decision making
- Complex budget and financial management.
- A proven ability to manage across broad teams and business areas, and ensure effective delivery of multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes and procedures
