We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager with proven marketing and agency experience to join our Desire Studio team and help lead some of our most exciting accounts.

Specialising in property development, real estate and construction, Desire Group (Desire Studio and Desire Media) delivers a suite of creative services for Australia's leading industry names – covering everything from branding, website design and marketing through to video production, photography and more.
Position
Our Account Managers are pivotal to the success of our agency. This role will see the successful candidate lead onboarding, steamline client communications, manage timelines and work alongside the creative team to deliver high quality projects for Desire Studio clients.
The success of our Account Managers relies on their ability to understand the client’s vision, set clear expectations and maintain concise briefs throughout the process. In this position, the individual will also showcase an ability to balance their commercial mindset with deep attention to detail, exceptional problem solving skills and an adeptness to handle conflict resolution.
You’ll be our client’s advocate within the walls of our company and our team’s voice internally and externally. We have an engaged working space on the Gold Coast, where both our media and creative teams work together. These individuals also connect with our Sydney office to ensure true collaboration throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, briefing and project delivery
- Maintain exceptional client communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to set and manage client expectations
- Experience working with media, creative and strategy teams
- Oversee the production of creative project from inception to completion
- Develop timelines for clients and communicate expectations both internally and externally
- Extensive experience reviewing digital and website projects, including testing functionality, providing comprehensive feedback to developers, understanding scope, cross-referencing against designs and delivering to the client.
- Support in the implementation of internal systems and operations to enhance efficiency
- Work alongside the accounts team to handle billing and milestone checking.
- Supervise a team of creative staff, providing guidance, support, and creative feedback to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years creative agency experience in team management or leadership
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, and other project management tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
