Job DescriptionThe
Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations;
- Assist in maintaining the GL and ensure items have been correctly recorded;
- Maintain fixed asset register, payments register, inventory register (green certificates) etc.
- Assist with month end process;
- Assist FC with recording PPE, Prepayments, Inventory and ad hoc transactions;
- Documentation of processes and process improvement
- Reconciliations of billing data to finance system
- Payroll
- Transactional items - recording of invoices , payments and receipts
- Managing the month-end process;
- ABS submissions
- Tax submissions and payments relating to FBT, BAS, PAYG
- Management accounts prep
- Management of the AFSL
The Successful Applicant- CA/CPA
- Immediately available
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Energy, renewables or funds management sector preferred
