DescriptionThe
Account Manager will ensure the implementation of industry-focused and specialised account plans to leverage and/or enhance Adecco's service offerings and capabilities. You will be an expert in marketing, business, technical, and professional skills, with the ultimate responsibility for the success of client relationships.
- Manage all client engagement activities to identify and grow clients in order to expand business and identify opportunity for inroads and expansion into new and existing accounts, in order to meet Business growth targets.
- Change Customer Experience: Builds trusted partner status, customer loyalty and brand position through changing the customer's experience.
- Leverage existing client relationships.
- Ensure effective relationships are in place at all levels within accounts.
- Manage delivery risks and intervenes where required.
- Involve in final selection and placement of associates.
- Ongoing management of associates once placed to ensure a positive experience. This includes managing queries relating to payroll, time sheets etc.
- Drive team sales growth that builds a profitable and sustainable business in both revenue and gross margin.
- Ensure budgets and financial targets are met through the development of new business, cultivation of existing business and leveraging off our Adecco speciality areas, national and global footprint and our Group brands.
- Research and analyse current market trends and growth in your region/area to ensure sophisticated knowledge of existing market conditions.
Profile- Previous experience in sales and business development within recruitment industry is highly desirable.
