About You
The ideal candidate will have the passion for advertising, marketing, design, project management, producing great campaigns that deliver to the clients objectives on time and budget.
As an advertising ACCOUNT MANAGER with JPD you will work with a wide range of business clients to obtain clear briefs, apply planning and coordinating capabilities in advertising, devise and coordinate tailored advertising and marketing campaigns whilst collaborating with our specialist studio designers to produce amazing results aimed at encouraging consumers to purchase a wide range of our clients’ goods or services.
The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Digital, Sales), bring at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar advertising, marketing, digital agency firm, and have an good eye for detail and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
You will also need to have full working rights in Australia.
About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Proactively managing the client relationships and projects and providing strategic inputs to clients to ensure the effectiveness of the advertising strategy and activities.
- Supporting Account Directors in all aspects of building our clients’ business and their assigned customer brands, driving additional business, and contributing to advertising strategy/campaigns.
- Updating client information including contacts, WIP, relevant client historical information.
- Quoting each job and obtaining approval prior to starting works.
- Providing clear and concise briefs, engaged with the creatives process
- Printing production management of projects, including providing artwork specification, press checking and delivering samples of print production to client.
- Managing project budgets and working with clients to meet them; managing scope of work and client expectations effectively.
- Consistently contributing towards improving processes and helping JPD in producing quality creative and excellent services.
