What you will do
You will answer inbound calls and assist with general banking enquiries from existing customers. This can range from credit cards, transaction/savings accounts, and online banking.
These can include:
- Providing customer account balances
- Replacing debit and credit cards
- Closing credit card accounts
- Updating personal information
- Resetting online banking passwords and reactivating SMS protect
- Investigating unusual transactions and loading disputes if necessary
- Triaging fraud enquiries
- Load complaints and capture customer feedback
- Providing customers accurate information
- Following strict identification guidelines
There are no sales or up selling/cross-selling involved in this role.
About you
- At least 12 months Customer Service experience in any industry
- Have a genuine interest in banking or financial services
- Ability to demonstrate good computer skills and navigate multiple computer systems
- Demonstrates resilience to work in a fast paced environment and cope with tough conversations
- Must live within a reasonable travel distance to office location
- Must have completed HSC or equivalent
Training Period (on-site)
- Week 1 & 2 (classroom training)
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm - Week 3 to 6 (on the job training) Monday to Friday; availability for full time hours within the span of hours between 7am and 7pm.

Please note: During the training period you will need to meet job score card requirements which include attendance, assessments, trainer evaluation and class performance. Must be able to attend 100% of the training so we can set you up for success!
