The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a dynamic Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging our cutting-edge software to bring projects to life and streamline the design process for our Team and valued customers. With this innovative tool, you'll be able to save our customers time while delivering exceptional results.
You will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. training will be provided to an experienced Account Manager looking to further develop their career.
What Will You Do?
Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:
- promoting and rolling out our new release software to enhance project visualization and design capabilities.
- identifying and convert growth opportunities within the Home Improvement market.
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- driving business development efforts through effective prospecting and networking.
More About You
Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:
- previous experience in Home Improvement or a related field preferred.
- an understanding of ERP systems & software tools for design and project management.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
