About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director of Inservio Home, the Account Manager will establish and build strong relationships with our clinics and their patients.
The Account Manager will drive business growth and manage an existing customer base primarily within the NSW market and travelling approximately once per fortnight to manage the Queensland market. To be effective in your role, you will be ensuring that our clients are provided the highest level of support, service and advice.

Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships and provide excellent customer service to Clinics and their patients.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management and internal stakeholders to strengthen clinic relationships on a local level.
- Oversee Patient Support initiatives including implementation of sponsor company programs, patient education, general queries and troubleshooting.
- Local implementation of Inservio clinic support initiatives.
- Speedy resolution of clinic issues where Inservio Home can assist.
- Development and implementation of tactical plans for priority clinics
- Implementation of marketing initiatives (roundtables, conference participation) .
- Develop strong, ethical relationships with Pharma company marketing and sales teams.
- Business growth will come from growing existing clinic sales and new business development.
Skills, experience and attributes:
- Min 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Sales and business development experience in therapeutic areas such as neurology, immunology and/or gastroenterology highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Health related field or relevant experience.
- Understanding of clinical environments and expected professional behaviours.
- High attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present and influence.
- Strong customer focus able to understand key business issues.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
