The Role
Working within our Sales Team as an Account Manager, you will actively manage and support customer accounts, ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.
The role is perfect for someone with a dynamic and engaging personality who can work independently and is ready to learn, grow and deliver the results required to support our growing client base.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a solid understanding of your customer's business and operations and understand their current and future goals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships at all user levels as well as develop strong networks with internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the commercial outcomes of your portfolio, and your strong communication skills will serve you well with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is an external role based out of our Sydney (Lidcombe) office that involves in-person, phone, and email conversations with existing and new clients; you are expected to represent our brand with respect and integrity during those interactions.
An unrestricted driver’s license is required to be considered for this role.
