Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Inside Sales) to join the high performing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by nurturing leads, identify business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on approaches to target key accounts and industries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of their solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Inside Sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Salary Package: $80K-$100K Base + Super + Comms.
