Account Manager, Inside Sales

The Role…
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Inside Sales Team! The Inside SalesAccount Manager will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships through the effective use of our phone-based interactions. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Supervisor, your activities will primarily be focused on creating, maintaining, and growing the customer base.

About You…
You are self-motivated, proactive, confident and hold good time management skills. You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a distribution environment in inbound and outbound sales.
You will…
- Have minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in a distribution environment in inbound and outbound sales
- You will have a structured approach and experience in CRM platforms and ERP system (NetSuite / Oracle highly regarded but not essential)
- You will be Self-motivated and confident in calling customers and prospecting via telephone
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate an ongoing interest to learn about and understand our RF and Solar products.
- Have the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement, make decisions and resolve issues
