ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Novated team based at our head office in Wangara.
This varied and hands on position will see you managing all aspects of administration and customer service support to our large existing client portfolio.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing professional support to clients including handling enquiries relating to fuel cards, fuel transactions, odometer readings, reimbursements and account balances
- Proactively monitoring and reporting on client accounts, following up on overdue balances, tracking abnormal activity and identifying and rectifying billing errors
- Managing end of lease processes including account reconciliations and renovations
- Building highly effective and productive working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal and external suppliers to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant data and document administration processes
- Working closely with Sales teams supporting requirements and optimising sales growth opportunities
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered you will demonstrate a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in administration and customer service ideally within finance, automotive or related industries.
You will also:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to effectively multitask and prioritise
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and commitment to process improvement
- Be solutions oriented and love to go the extra mile for our clients
- Have a proven customer focus and commitment to service excellence
- Communicate confidently with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Commit to data accuracy and compliance with strong attention to detail,
- Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Show a general can-do attitude and love of process improvement
- Have good working knowledge of financial and accounting principles including credit processes, financial analysis and reconciliations
- Confident IT skills including MS Office, Salesforce or related CRM systems
Whilst not essential, knowledge of Novated Lease, Operating Lease, Hire Purchase or similar finance lease and insurance products will also be highly regarded
