- You take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline
- Maintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible, you definitely do not like sitting in an office
- Customer Management: Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas' high value commercial customers in your region
- Generating New Business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to Elgas
- You will skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customer
- Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network
- Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region
- Demonstrated sales experience from any industry - no LPG experience necessary, we will fully train you
